By using Laundry Central’s self-service, drop-off, pickup & delivery, or commercial laundry services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.
All residential pickup and delivery orders are subject to a mandatory $45.77 minimum charge, covering up to 23 lbs at our standard rate of $1.99 per pound. Orders weighing less than 23 lbs will still be billed at the $45.77 minimum.
Drop-off orders at our facility located at 622 Central Avenue are subject to a $22.50 minimum, covering up to 15 lbs at $1.50 per pound.
All billing is based solely on the weight recorded by Laundry Central’s commercial-grade digital scales upon processing. Customer estimates, residential scales, or pre-weighing are not valid for billing adjustments.
Laundry received wet or damp will be weighed as presented. No weight deductions will be made for moisture content, as additional drying time, labor, and utilities are required.
Comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, oversized items, heavily soiled items, and specialty fabrics may incur additional fees. Final pricing is determined upon inspection.
Laundry Central reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected in-store or online prior to service.
Payment is due at the time of order completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By scheduling pickup & delivery, customers authorize Laundry Central to charge the payment method on file for all service fees, surcharges, and applicable penalties.
Declined or disputed payments may result in suspension of service.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in permanent service refusal.
Returned payments or insufficient funds may incur additional processing fees.
If service is canceled after items have been picked up, a $25.00 Cancellation & Return Fee will apply.
If a pickup is scheduled and dispatched but the customer later elects to collect from the store, a $15.00 Handling Fee will apply.
If laundry is not available during the confirmed service window, a $15.00 No-Show Fee will be charged.
Standard service includes one (1) flight of stairs (up to 15 steps).
An additional $3.00 per flight applies for each additional flight.
Customers must provide safe and legal access. If parking, gate codes, or building access are not provided, a $15.00 Inaccessible Location Fee may apply.
Laundry Central exercises reasonable care in processing garments. However, by using our services, customers acknowledge that machine washing and drying inherently carry risks including, but not limited to:
Shrinkage
Color fading or bleeding
Fabric wear
Damage to embellishments
Elastic degradation
Misshaping
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
We do not individually inspect care labels. Items labeled “Dry Clean Only” placed in wash-dry-fold service are processed at the customer’s risk.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all pockets are emptied and garments are free of personal items prior to service. This includes, but is not limited to:
Pens
Markers
Lighters
Batteries
Cosmetics
Money
Jewelry
Electronics
Laundry Central is not liable for damage caused by items left in clothing.
Wash-dry-fold service is processed by weight, not by individual garment count. We do not guarantee exact item counts per order.
Laundry Central is not responsible for small loose items (socks, undergarments, etc.) not secured in laundry bags.
In the event of verified loss or damage caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning cost of the affected item, not to exceed $25.00 per order, regardless of brand or replacement value.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Items must remain unwashed and unaltered for inspection.
Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.
We do not guarantee stain removal. Set-in, aged, previously dried, or chemically treated stains may be permanent.
Additional stain treatment may be available for an added fee but carries no removal guarantee.
For employee safety, we reserve the right to refuse service for items that are:
Heavily contaminated with bodily fluids
Saturated with urine, feces, vomit, or blood
Infested with bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or other pests
Mold-contaminated
Contaminated orders will be returned unprocessed and subject to a $50.00 Biohazard Handling Fee.
Pet bedding must be shaken free of excessive hair and debris prior to service.
Laundry left in unsecured areas (porches, apartment lobbies, garages, concierge desks, etc.) is left at the customer’s risk.
Laundry Central is not responsible for theft, weather damage, or third-party interference before pickup or after delivery.
Risk transfers to the customer once items are delivered to the agreed location.
Completed orders not picked up within 7 days may incur storage fees.
Orders unclaimed after 15 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at Laundry Central’s discretion without further liability.
Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Last wash must begin by 10:00 PM.
For safety and comfort:
No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
No illegal substances.
No aggressive, disruptive, or abusive behavior toward staff or customers.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and suspension of services.
Laundry Central shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Power outages
Equipment failure
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Commercial customers are subject to separate written Service Agreements. In the event of conflict, the signed commercial agreement governs.
By using Laundry Central’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Laundry Central reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
